WHY ME: The first phase of my career was in hi-tech. After suffering from burnout (and many sleepless nights) myself I changed gears to become a health & wellness coach who specializes in sleep. I’m also trained in therapeutic applications of yoga & meditation, which allow me to create practices that counteract over-stimulation & re-balance your nervous system, so you can relax body & mind, and sleep more soundly.
