Jill Braverman, Certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Nidra leader, discovered Yoga fifteen years ago while working as a professional dancer.  She immediately fell in love with the non-competitive nature of the practice and the safe and happy space she found on her mat.   In 2002 she immersed herself in the Yogic lifestyle and studied Yoga philosophy as a resident volunteer at the Kripalu Center, where she went on to complete her teacher training.  Since then she has been sharing her love of Yoga at various studios around the Boston area.  Her classes include pranayama (breathing), asana (postures), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).  She encourages her students to develop compassion through their practice.  Jill is also a Wellness Coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and offers coaching and workshops for individuals and groups.

Unwind your body and mind with this small group Gentle Yoga practice. Each class is designed to calm the nervous system, decrease stress and improve sleep through yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), gentle postures (asana) and guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra.) Receive individualized attention to your alignment and modifications for your unique body. Perfect for newbies and seasoned Yogis alike.
