Meditation for Stress Relief – 4 Week Online Series

The ancient yogis described humans as more than just mind and body. In this series, Kali will describe the FIVE interconnected layers of the human system and teach you meditative practices specifically designed to target each layer. You’ll learn how to select the best practice for specific stress and anxiety symptoms, and the most powerful ways to combat chronic stress and calm the nervous system.

Sessions WILL be recorded & made available in case you have to miss a week.
