Living Core Boston: A Four Weekend Adventure In Self Exploration

Living Core Boston is an individual and collective adventure in exploration using the tools of Core Energetics, mindfulness, breathwork and other psycho-spiritual and somatic approaches to growth and maturation.

The program consists of 4 weekends which will offer you:

  1. An understanding of the key concepts and frameworks of Core Energetics, a body-centered psycho-spiritual approach to growth and
  2. Exposure to teachers who share this work around the world
  3. The chance to be curious and explore aspects of yourself and others through cognitive, somatic and expressive experiences as well as group process work.
  4. The opportunity to be in community, to be a witness and to be witnessed.

All weekends will run from 10 AM – 6 PM and take place at the Watertown Center for Healing Arts at 22 Mt Auburn St. Watertown, MA.

Aimee Falchuk is the founder of Living Core Boston, psychotherapist and certified Core Energetics practitioner. She is the founder of the Falchuk Group and a contributing writer for Goop. Aimee is on the teaching team of the Core Nyack program and co-founder of Cultivating Core Fluency. Aimeeā€™s work emphasizes psycho-spiritual topics grounded in the Pathwork lectures. Aimee is a member of the Board of Directors of Mental Health America and advocates for sound local, state and federal mental health policy.

Sam Cagnina joins us from NYC and has been recognized for his intuitive and creative approach to working with the body for decades. His passion and depth of knowledge of the body/mind connection provides exceptional support for individuals seeking change in their lives. Sam runs a full-time private practice in NYC, facilitates The Art of Practice groups and is also a faculty member at the Institute of Core Energetics and the Nyack Core Program.
