Morning is when we set the course for our day. Spending some time connecting inside is an age-old practice that helps us greet the day with presence and ease.
Each week you’ll experience a combination of guided and silent meditation, some instruction on mindfulness on and off the cushion, and a little time for reflection on practice.
Join me for your morning sit and discover new ways to experience your self, your body and your mind. A great chance to begin or deepen a regular meditation practice.

Amanda Peacock is a psychotherapist,  life coach and spiritual counselor using Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and shamanically informed practices.  She meets with clients in Watertown, MA and online. She has practiced meditation for over 25 years and has taught at local organizations for more than ten years.
